Returns and exchanges are carried out in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine and the Law of Ukraine «On Consumer Rights Protection» No. 1023-XII. In particular, the right to exchange or return goods of proper quality within 14 days is provided by Article 9 of this Law.
Items that can be returned or exchanged
Goods such as sockets, switches and other non-food goods of proper quality can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of receipt, not counting the day of purchase, if the item has not been used and its factory packaging, presentable condition, consumer properties, labels and proof of purchase are kept.

Items that cannot be returned or exchanged
Electric curtain tracks and other goods made or assembled to the buyer’s order with individual parameters cannot be returned or exchanged under the current legislation of Ukraine.

How to arrange a return or exchange
To arrange a return or exchange, contact the shop manager and give the order number, the product name and the reason. If needed, we may ask for photos of the item to check its condition. Once the return or exchange is agreed, send the item by a delivery service.
- Contact our manager and say that you would like to exchange or return an item. Give the order number, the card number for the refund and the reason for the return.
- Send the item with Nova Poshta to the address agreed with the manager.

Refund time
Money for a returned item is refunded within 14 days after the seller receives it. For an exchange, the item is sent again within 2 working days after the return is received and checked. For made-to-order goods, the time of the repeat shipment follows the terms in the product description.
