Delivery methods
We deliver across Ukraine with Nova Poshta.
- To a Nova Poshta parcel locker
Delivery from 70 UAH. Delivery time 1-3 days. - To a Nova Poshta branch
Delivery from 60 UAH. Delivery time 1-3 days. - Nova Poshta courier delivery to your door
Delivery from 110 UAH. Delivery time 1-5 days.
Orders are shipped every day from Monday to Sunday. Orders are sent the day after they are placed. Orders placed before 17:00 are processed the same day. Orders placed after 17:00 are processed the next day.
For made-to-order items, the shipping time is agreed with the manager.

Made-to-order items
Some items on the site are made to order, so their delivery takes extra time. The delivery time of such items depends on the supplier’s stock, logistics and other conditions.
The current delivery time for such items is confirmed by the manager after you order, or is given in the product description.
Payment methods
The following payment methods are available on switchpoint.com.ua:

Payment is made by bank transfer. Our manager will contact you to pay the invoice.

You pay online when placing the order through the LiqPay payment service (PrivatBank). - Card payment via Plata by mono (monobank)
You pay online when placing the order through the Plata by mono payment service (monobank). Apple Pay and Google Pay are also available. - Pay in parts with PrivatBank
Every product on the site can be paid in parts, up to 3 payments. The service is available to PrivatBank card holders with a credit limit. Full terms and conditions are on the official page privatbank.ua/kredity/oplata-chastyami. - Pay in parts with monobank
Every product on the site can be paid in parts, up to 3 payments. The service is available to monobank card holders with a “Purchase in Parts” credit limit. Full terms and conditions are on the official page monobank.ua/chast.
Payments go through secure payment services. Card data is processed by the payment providers; we do not store full card details.
Delivery cost
The buyer pays for delivery according to the rates of the chosen delivery service, unless agreed otherwise.
